Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh has been associated with the firm since 1998. A seasoned legal professional and Advocate of the Sindh High Court, he brings with him extensive public and private sector experience, particularly in the fields of intellectual property, insurance, export regulation, and federal commercial law.

He has previously held key positions in government, including as Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks at the Trade Marks Registry, Assistant Controller in the Department of Controller of Insurance, and Deputy Director at the Export Promotion Bureau. These roles have given him deep insight into the regulatory frameworks governing intellectual property, commerce, and trade in Pakistan.

He is especially well-versed in trademark law and the workings of the Trade Marks Registry. His advisory practice places strong emphasis on trademark, copyright, and design law, and he has represented clients in patent and trademark litigation before the district and high courts.
